$10 off $10 at JCPenney’s

Posted by kim on February 21, 2010

Did you get your $10 off $10 coupon for JCPenney’s in the mail?  Another advantage to recycling paper is the ability to dig through old junk mail in case something of importance (like a high dollar coupon) accidentally got thrown out!

My coupon arrived last week and is valid from 2/14 through Saturday, 2/27/10 for $10 off a single purchase of $10 or more.  My friend, Dustie, already used hers on some great clearance items. I believe she got two pairs of shoes and a blouse for only $3 with her coupon.

If you weren’t lucky enough to receive this coupon, first sign up now to get on JCPenney’s mailing list!

And although it’s too late to receive this exact coupon in the mail, you can still take advantage of the current the deal online or for phone purchases:

$10 off $10 at JCP.com Code: TEN4YOU
Plus receive 3% Cash Back on all JCPenney orders through Ebates.

Or Call 1-800-222-6161 and mention the code.

P.S. Yes, I’m still in my pajamas in the above picture. I’m wearing my new flannel lounger pajamas!

Walgreens & Target Haul for Today

Posted by kim on February 18, 2010

While my daughter had a dentist appointment today, I made a quick trip to Walgreens and got all of the items shown below for $4.20 after coupons, Register Rewards and rebates.

Here’s the lowdown of my purchases…

Quaker Oatmeal on sale for $1.50 minus $1 off printable coupon = 50¢

Revlon Colorsilk on sale for $1.99 with instore coupon minus $1 off printable coupon (this coupon is from Target, but it is a manufacturer coupon) = 99¢

Olay Body Wash on sale for Buy One, Get One 50%, so I got two for $5.29 each and two for $2.64 each = $15.86 minus $15 Olay Rebate on 3 = 86¢ for all four or 21.5¢ each!  I know there are manufacturer coupons out there also, but I didn’t have any.  I did order some Olay coupons from The Coupon Clippers to do the deal again for my mom.

Kellogg’s Cereals on sale for $1.99 each minus $1.50/2 off printable coupon = $1.24 each when you buy two

Imperial Sugar on sale for $1.99 with instore coupon (not an exceptional good deal, but not a bad deal either when you need sugar!)

Healthy Choice Soups on clearance for 67¢ and I had coupons for 75¢/2 = 29¢ each when you buy two

Valentine’s Day Candy marked down to 15¢ and 25¢ (and it’s not all shown because I had to test a few out, and I did feel a little bad that my daughter was getting a cavity filled at the dentist while I tested them)
