The Caregivers Marketplace Cash Back Rebate Program

The Caregivers Marketplace™ is “the nation’s first cash back program for anyone who gives, gets or needs care.” Isn’t that everyone? You can receive cash back on eligible health related products, no matter where you buy them from.  You simply enroll online (for free), print a refund request form, purchase 5 or more products (the same or assorted), complete the form and send in with your original cash register receipts.

There is NO limit on how many times you can request a Caregivers Marketplace rebate! This program has been going on for a couple of years now.  The current date on the form expires on 12/31/09, but I’m hoping they’ll continue, and we’ll see a new form come January 1st (more eligible products would be nice, too).
