		<description>I always enjoy your posts. I think that things like Airborne enjoy the &quot;sugarpill&quot; effect. Some people swear by it &amp; things like it, like zinc lozenges to shorten a cold, (which I&#039;ve tried), while others notice no difference. My humble opinion is that it&#039;s pretty much what you believe it&#039;s going to do for you. I&#039;ve known people who take Airborne prior to or after a plane flight as a precaution &amp; swear by it, while others consider it, as your friend said, &quot;expensive Alka Seltzer&quot;. I have a sample of Airborne in the cupboard but haven&#039;t tried it yet. Sounds like they claimed a bit too much!</description>
